We would get everyone in a room and watch videos from our core competition. We would look at their ads, television commercials and even brochures and sales videos. We would put maps on the wall of each of their locations.

    We would use a red dots, green dots and orange dots to show where our competition was and we would draw rings and circles around their locations to indicate 10 mile radius, which would represent 80% of their customer volume.
