By the time you are through with reading this, you will have learned numerous ways to prevent hair loss and of dandruff treatment. Herbal sciences have been instrumental in devising various methodical ways which have resulted in providing hair loss remedy, alopecia cure, and what’s more, even a cure for baldness.Hair loss has been a major cause of worry in the environment. It has been prevalent in both the sexes in an equally dominating manner. While the loss of hair can be due to heredity, aging and hormones it is mainly due to an unbalanced diet, high stress, and infectious diseases etc. Therefore, our primary aim should be to visit a hair loss doctor and identify the cause before enlisting for any type of hair loss remedy. Women sometimes undergo hair loss during and after menopause, and even after childbirth. The basic reason for hair loss is improper care and under nourished diet. Our effort should be to keep our scalp clean from dirt and any other foreign material. Regular brushing of hair by a good quality brush and massaging to improve blood circulation is also important. A person undergoing hair loss treatment should opt for a diet rich in iron combined with vitamin C, which helps the body in absorption of iron. THe Point of the Interview: Thinking Me, But Talking Them
An interview is about you. Your skills, your impression of the company, your likes and dislikes, your previous experience, what you're looking for.....you, you, you, you, you.But let's be honest. Who cares about their new marketing program - unless you're an employee -- and the program’s success means your job is secure? Who cares about the magnificent president of the company, unless his magnificence (a distinctly, non-universally defined word, by the way) is going to impact you as an employee?Except you're not employed. And you want an offer. So you need to care about all that if you want the choice of having it impact you. Thus you pay attention, answer questions, put on your interested face and hope you come up with intelligent answers. But here's the irony - the interview is so “about you” that you must talk about how you can impact them, which makes the interview about them, not you. Get it?There are myriads of answers for any interview question -- not all of which are equally effective. Spin can make the difference in being passed over—or in being asked back. Keeping this in mind, remember that while the interviewer’s job is to sell the company to you, your job is to sell yourself to the company. You don’t do this by being “me” focused, and answering off the top of your head can certainly result in that.Compare these two answers to “Tell me about one of your most significant accomplishments.”JOE BLOW: Well, I’m a really good Business Office Manager. With Maplewood Community Hospital, I decreased ba
Traveling famously on a Transatlantic crossing or cruising the world on a stately Cunard has been the exemplar of the good life for 163 years. Cunard’s rich legacy of lustrous White Star Service™ and realm of privileged indulgence are the gold standard by which others are measured. Few thrills compare...

Cunard has launched nearly 180 ships with enough firsts and foremost to be forever inscribed in maritime history. Canadian Samuel Cunard began his steamship company in the early 1800's with a vision, but it is unlikely he foresaw ships with the size, speed or cultured, gracious living afforded by the magnificent Cunarders of today.

The onboard ambience attracts a loyal following of guests with similar interests and values - the opportunity to socialize with peers who share so much in common is one of the great joys of "traveling Cunard."

Cunard Cruise Lines White Star Service can only be described as truly European in that staff attends to every desire with polite, gracious and highly responsive attention - unobtrusive but very much there. When you first come on board, if you half-close your eyes, you will sense immediately that you are on a liner from the twenties or thirties. But open them fully and you will realize at once that the d?cor is strikingly contemporary.

Civilized pleasure of afternoon tea, complete with crumpets, scones, berries and clotted cream. QM2 and QE2 each have an authentic English pub offering an incredible variety of beverages ranging from single malt whiskies, special brandy and cognacs, to beer from around the world. Guests can watch sports programs on satellite TV and enjoy time honored pub food.

Each Ship Is A Virtual City At Sea!

Each ship is a virtual City at Sea featuring every pleasurable pursuit found in the most cosmopolitan metropolis. There are sports activities, fitness classes, spa treatments, and exquisite boutique shopping and stimulating enrichment programs, from round-table discussions with eminent scholars, to a wide variety of classes and workshops.

In the tradition of the great ocean liners of the past, accommodation is matched with reserved tables in one of the main dining rooms, most with single seating dining. Cunard's Queens Grill and Princess Grill restaurants are recognized as providing the finest epicurean experiences on the globe. And there are many complimentary alternative restaurants as well.

Evenings are filled with excitement with gala balls and dazzling theme events providing the opportunity to dress to the nines - an increasingly rare treat in a day and age governed by the monotony of "country club casual". Add dancing to a live orchestra in the ballroom, fine liquors and smokes in the cigar bar, cabaret, film festivals, superb performances in the grand show lounge (QM2's Apassionata, as just one example, is a dance extravaganza with styles from Glen Miller's Swing to the tantalizing Argentinean Tango). It is not to be missed.

Cunard's goal with the introduction of QM2 is to acquaint a whole new generation of travelers with the joys of a Transatlantic Crossing. You could fly across by air in six hours, but six rewarding days at sea give you the gracious gift of time - the opportunity to do wonderful things that you never have time for at home. Freedom at last!

Have You Given Away Your Power?
Does your life feel less than fulfilling? Are you waiting for good things to come to you? Do you lack motivation to make real changes in the quality of your life? Are you waiting for someone else to tell you what to do? Are you the type of person who sits back and lets others make decisions about your life? Do you hang onto a need to have others look after you?Well if you identify with any of these questions then I can almost definitively say that you are entertaining the fear of taking full responsibiliy for your life. In so doing I think you will immediately agree when I say that you are likely feeling empty, anxious, unfulfilled, depressed, frustrated or angry. The state I just described is the result of hanging on the the "fear of taking repsonsility for your life".So I would like to ask you a simple question. That is: What is the benefit to you of hanging onto this fear? Now I know that given your state of existence you will likely say that there is no benefit. I would like to show you howvever that unconsciously you are buying into some false beliefs about the supposed benefits of hanging onto the fear. Here we go:1. The benefit of hanging onto the fear of taking responsibility for one's life is so that,2. One doesn't have to be acountable when something goes wrong, so that,3. Eyes Technique for Emotional Intelligence
Do you ever get stuck in a mental rut? Is there some state of mind that visits you occasionally and you have a hard time getting out of it? It might be sadness, melancholy, anxiety, depression, anger, or just plain feeling upset. Perhaps someone in your family or a friend tends to stay negative for a long time, and you would like to help them out. Not to worry, help is only a few glances away - literally! Here is a simple way to get unstuck.BACKGROUNDOur eyes are often called "a window into the soul". Biologically, it is more appropriate to say that our eyes are the window into the brain. Directly linked to the gray matter by an optical nerve, the eyes do a lot of visual processing before electric impulses ever reach the brain. So it is not too surprising to discover that by shifting our eyes we can affect the way this processing happens. From NLP, we know well that the direction of your glance is directly linked to how you are thinking at the moment (for more information about that look up NLP subfield called Eye Accessing Cues). In particular it turns out that the vast majority of people has to look down to connect to their emotions. This is especially true for negative emotions - one of the simplest ways to tell tears of sadness from tears of joy is by the posture - huddled, looking down is typical for sadness (think of pillow crying).Looking down does not necessarily mean that you are connecting to your emotions. You can look down to step over a puddle or to button up your shirt. It is looking down when there is no other physi

    A Brief Introduction To Pilates
Developed by German-born Joseph Pilates in 1920, the Pilates exercise method is a system of slow and precise movements designed to develop inner core strength and increase flexibility and mobility. Most of the moves in Pilates are centered around stretching, balancing, and contracting one’s muscles, and it is now frequently recommended as a therapeutic method for patients recovering from various physical injuries.Joseph Pilates claimed to have gained his inspiration for the fitness method from the ancient arts of yoga, Zen meditative techniques, and documented physical exercises of the ancient Greek and Roman empires. The exercise regimen developed out of his desire to increase his overall strength, but not to damage his body in the process or place undue strain on his muscles, which can often happen with bodybuilders and weightlifters.Dancers and athletes can benefit greatly from Pilates, since the regimen not only increases flexibility and tones the body, but it also helps to improve posture. Individuals with spinal trauma are often recommended to try Pilates by their chiropractor, and it is a safe exercise method for the elderly or for more fragile individuals suffering from osteoporosis.Another theory behind Pilates is that the exercise method functions as a holistic system of well-being, benefiting both the mind and the body. It may be used to relieve stress and anxiety, and because it does not place undue strain on any one area of the body, it increases one’s general sense of well-being.A key Pilates teaching is that the ce
