Last week I was at a meeting of people in the coaching business. The speaker asked who in the room had a clear vision for their business. Only 3 people raised their hands! This was pretty sad since most of them encourage their coaching clients to have a vision. But in my experience this lack of one is more common than not. Most people have no clear vision at all.
