Operations Strategy and Leverage: Don't Go Wrong
Operational strategy in this post is not what most businesspeople would necessarily think. So it will be important that you know what I mean by operational strategy. Operational strategy begins with defining your business in terms of the present opportunity in relation to the customer and product of the business.
