Dental and Medical Collection Legal Guidelines
Every medical and dental practice has to deal with patients who do not pay. If it doesn't deal with such patients, the costs will simply be passed on to other patients - the practice may simply suffer or fold.Yet the very real dental and medical collection laws issues mean you should think carefully before reminding your patients to pay up. In the end, you may very well be better off outsourcing your medical or dental accounts receivables to one of the new medical and dental collection agency/accounts payable processing centers.Acc

Five Steps to Create a Budget for your Small Business
How I hate budgets!Every time an accountant told me to put together a budget for my company, my response was - “When I get the time I will!” I just never seem to get the time. For several years when I first started my company I never paid attention to a budget. I knew if I made money by looking at my financial statements and that was good enough for me. Also, every time I tried to put something together I never compared my actual financials to the budget numbers I created. Two years ago, I decided to take a different approa
It used to be that if you want to call someone, just go grab the phone book and—but wait, they have a cell phone. A number that you don’t have, now what?

Do a search on the Internet. Any Who, Switchboard, White Pages, and Yahoo Directory are some sites that make finding a landline phone or address on the Internet easy. Unfortunately, cell phone numbers aren’t in these directories, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be found.

    Paid Searches

People searches on the Internet abound. You can type in someone’s last name and state where they live to find out their phone number and address. There’s also the option to pay for their personal background report. Phone Searches is one such site where searchers must pay to find phone numbers. If you have the name and address of someone, but wish to get their cell number, you can pay $125 to Phone Searches, and they will retrieve the number for you. Of course, it may be easier (and cheaper!) to pay your friend a visit and admit you lost their number.

    Free Phone Listings

Free cell phone directory sites are out there and although many of them do not have a lot of listings or are spread thin (some are worldwide), they are intent on growing and offer different, yet valuable information. Each site has their own ideas on how to make themselves unique and user-friendly. Ideas range from personalization like letting people choose an alias like “Batman” that will act as a password for their data to restricted searches so not just anyone can find your information. Here are a few of the free sites, all three of which are voluntary:

    • Cell Phone Directory offers a free listing and will email you every time someone searches for and reviews your listing. You can limit your listing’s access to friends, family, business associates, and others by entering a question a searcher must give the answer to in order to see your information.

    • Mobile Phone No is a non-profit worldwide directory where users can search for free, while being able to add or delete their own information. To keep information up-to-date, users are emailed reminders to renew their entries before they expire after one year.

Sneaky Ways to Determine if It's a Sellers Market For Sale By Owner Homes
According to recent statistics, the number of people who are now offering their home for sale by owner (FSBO) is as high as 25-30 percent. The average Real Estate Broker's commission is around 5.5 percent, but it can get as high as 8 percent in certain areas. Before you decide to do all of the work yourself and put your house up as a For Sale By Owner, you might want to try a few tactics to determine if it is a buyers or sellers market. In a Buyers market, real estate sales slow down. This can happen within just a few months and wh

    Network Marketers- Professional v. Amateur
These words will be very uncomfortable for many MLMers to read.Sorry about that. Here are the facts:Professionals get paid to retail product and recruit new reps. So that's what they do. Amateurs do it for fun, not pay, so retailing and recruiting aren't part of their plan. The MLM Professional gets up in the morning and focuses on what she needs to do right NOW, today, to maximize her organization's growth ... and her own next paycheck. Working On A Farm In Kent
Being a student, a person needs to look for summer jobs, to keep up with the expenses for school and fun activities. This task is not always easy, especially when you are studying at an American branch university and you have to pay tuition as well. So getting a summer job obviously rules out getting a job in your home Eastern European country as that would pay for only a couple of beers the most.So here we go, approching the winter and thinking about the summer. There are few agencies in England, most of them under the Seasonal Agricultu

    Hanging Up On Directories

If you’re thinking that a few cell phone carriers like Cingular and T-Mobile should get together and compose a cell phone directory based on their subscribers, that‘s not a new idea. Called the Wireless 411 Service, it is founded on the premise that callers can dial into the voice 411 system, telling the operator whether they want a landline or wireless number. If the caller wants a wireless number from someone who agreed to list their number, the operator will access the wireless database to connect the caller or provide the number. Here are some of its features:

    • The service is opt-in only. Carriers let their subscribers choose whether they want to be listed. A carrier deciding to launch their service for its subscribers will notify its subscribers, having them formally express consent to be included in the service. Subscribers are able to opt-out with no identifying information in the database by contacting their carrier.

    • Subscribers can list, delete, or add their information for free. Unless the recipient chooses to answer the call, there is no cost from a call coming from the 411 wireless system.

Managed by Qsent, Inc., this once much-anticipated Wireless 411 Service is now a project from which major carriers have pulled away. It has been on hold for years, to the relief of cell phone owners everywhere worried that it may not be as private as proposed.

So it looks like cell phone number lookups are all over the Internet, but the majority of the sites out there give cell phone owners the choice of entering their phone number and due to little demand as of yet, are not comprehensive. Still think telemarketers might get a hold of your number? Consider adding your cell phone number to the National Do Not Call Registry.
